About Us

On Par Productions is a Certified Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), management consulting and conference management company headquartered in Denver, Colorado.   Our focus is to provide our clients with customized technical assistance, meeting management, training sessions and events in an efficient and economical manner. 

Since 2001, we have been providing conference and administrative management services for organizations on a national level.  We are proficient at planning, executing, managing and closing out small conferences (fifty people or less), to large conferences with hundreds of participants.   Additionally, On Par Productions collaborates with highly qualified strategic partners to provide Grant /Peer Management Review and Technical Assistance. 

We continuously strive to increase our efficiency from one assignment to the next. Improving productivity provides valuable savings and enhanced participation to our clients for future conferences.   Our goal is to exceed the expectations of our clients and ensure each event runs smoothly and successfully. 

Our core team consists of a Program Manager, Senior Planner,  Scientific Writer/Editor, and a Administrative Specialist.  Each team member has experience in the conference logistics and support field.  OPP’s leadership is committed to customer satisfaction and high quality performance.  We have a proven formula for assigning tasks in the most efficient and economical fashion.

Ms. Luana Scott is the Founder and Managing Member of On Par Productions (OPP), a successful conference management business for the past 16 years.  Luana has a strong track record taking meeting and conferences to the next level and providing services and solutions to government organizations and businesses.  On Par Productions has extensive experience facilitating dialogues involving diverse groups of subject matter experts from governmental agencies, nongovernmental organizations, and academic institutions.  OPP facilitates in-person and teleconference meetings of diverse health professionals including researchers, physicians, executive directors, CEOs/CFOs, dentists, nurses and dental hygienists.  OPP provides peer review support services including securing meeting space, setting up all meeting logistics, preparing all travel accommodations, note taking, and summarizing quantitative and qualitative evaluation. OPP supports a wide-range of subject matters including health information technology, disease prevention, workforce, practice management, inter-professional clinical competencies and safety net clinic resources.

 

Ms. Scott is an active member of Meeting Professionals International, and the Society of Government Meeting Professionals.

Ms. Padilla has been with On Par Productions for 10 years.  She manages event registration, building event apps and provides onsite support.  She has previously worked with the NNOHA Annual Conference, 67th EIS Conference, National Occupational Injury Research Symposium (NOIRS) and the DASH Orientation Kickoff Meeting. Ms. Padilla is certified as a Cvent Event Management Professional and has experience with CrowdCompass and Zerista apps. She has a strong attention to detail and has worked in the conference management field for many years.  She is an adaptable team player and always strives to exceed all expectations of the client. 

April Winningham, DrPH, MHS

Dr. Winningham has more than 25 years of experience as a public health professional working primarily in the field of HIV prevention and care and collaborating with academic institutions, federal and state-level governmental agencies, and community-based organizations as a public health consultant, researcher, grant writer/editor, educator/trainer, and conference planner. She currently teaches at the University of South Carolina Arnold School of Public Health and serves as an Assistant Scientific Review Official for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention through On Par Productions.

Stephanie Henry Wallace has twenty-seven years broad-based experience in the public and private health sectors. Her document development efforts on various levels include significant experience in the grant writing / review process, having written grant applications for 27 years and having facilitated and documented the grant review process for hundreds of funding announcements for programs, research, evaluation, et cetera for both internal objective reviews and external peer reviews utilizing the IMPAC II process. She has managed staffing consisting of chairpersons, facilitators and moderators, managing editors, meeting planners/conference support staff, photographers, project coordinators, security consultants, strategic planners, survey conductors, trainers, threat vulnerability assessment (TVA) staff, writer / editors, other personnel from a pool of approximately 50 consultants, most of who have been with the firm for at least 10 years. Dr. Wallace has produced summary statement/resumes for CDC specific statements of work for a number of years. In addition to her communications business and career, Dr. Wallace is an adjunct professor in Environmental Science at Georgia Perimeter College.
