In addition to prudent fiscal oversight, we work closely with our accounting experts to ensure quality control across the board—particularly in the areas of budgeting and project tracking.

With this in mind, we ask our clients to set forth clearly defined lines of authority, budgeting, job duties, and reporting timelines. To ensure that expectations are being met, we implement monthly face-to-face meetings between key personnel from both sides of the table. We also provide written summaries and updates as requested.
